How to Set Up a Whitelist

Follow these steps to enable and manage a whitelist on your Minecraft server:

  1. Open the Server Console

    Log in to your control panel and open your Minecraft server’s console.

  2. Enable the Whitelist

    Enter the following command in the console to enable the whitelist:

    /whitelist on

    This will ensure that only players on the whitelist can access the server.

  3. Add Players to the Whitelist

    Use this command to add a player:

    /whitelist add [playername]

    Replace [playername] with the player’s Minecraft username. Repeat the command to add more players.

  4. Remove Players from the Whitelist

    To remove a player from the whitelist, use this command:

    /whitelist remove [playername]

    Replace [playername] with the Minecraft username to be removed.

  5. View Whitelisted Players

    To see which players are on the whitelist, use this command:

    /whitelist list
  6. Save Changes

    After adding or removing players, save the changes with this command:

    /whitelist save
  7. Restart the Server

    Restart your server to apply the new whitelist settings.
