Follow these steps to enable and manage a whitelist on your Minecraft server:
Log in to your control panel and open your Minecraft server’s console.
Enter the following command in the console to enable the whitelist:
/whitelist on
This will ensure that only players on the whitelist can access the server.
Use this command to add a player:
/whitelist add [playername]
Replace [playername]
with the player’s Minecraft username. Repeat the command to add more players.
To remove a player from the whitelist, use this command:
/whitelist remove [playername]
Replace [playername]
with the Minecraft username to be removed.
To see which players are on the whitelist, use this command:
/whitelist list
After adding or removing players, save the changes with this command:
/whitelist save
Restart your server to apply the new whitelist settings.
Tip: Always save your changes with /whitelist save
to avoid losing updates.
